Seems each year I go on an adventure somewhere in the world. This Summer, that adventure was in Canada. My mother, daughter, and I went straight North to the Banff area in Alberta. From there we went West to Whistler, then on to Vancouver Island in British Columbia, then dropped into Washington and shot straight home. The next day we were on the road again, this time on our way to Whistler. During the Vancouver Olympics, Whistler was the site of many of the events.

Jag är inte så duktig på att sova nu för tiden. Det blir en hel del vridande och vändande innan jag somnar och får en vanlig natt mellan 4-6 timmars. Sömn Vanligtvis behöver jag snarare 8-9 timmar. Det kliade i ögonen hela dagen, vid. Släpade jag mig till sängen utan större förhoppningar om att somna men till min stora förvåning slumrade jag på nolltid och vaknade inte förrän vid.
